Zykia McDaniel holds a Master’s in Business Data Science & Analytics, an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management, and a Bachelor’s in Biology, all from Angelo State University. She is a data and operations analyst with experience using analytics to improve organizational processes and support data-driven decisions, and through her technical training and graduate projects in business data, she has analyzed program data, improved workflows, and translated complex information into clear insights for teams. A former national champion and seven-time All-American student-athlete, she brings a disciplined, high-performance mindset to her work, is passionate about wellness, and aspires to strengthen public sector operations through data-informed strategies.

She is a member of the NobleReach Scholars 2026 Cohort and serves as a Business Process Innovation Scholar in Fairfield County, Ohio.
