Sky Harper holds a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from Mercy University. She is an emerging cybersecurity and AI professional with hands-on experience building machine learning systems, including a deepfake detection model using XceptionNet and TensorFlow, and she is currently developing SpectrumThrive, an AI-powered wellness platform for neurodivergent adults that uses adaptive conversational AI and culturally informed mental health tools. As a participant in the WiCyS AI Security Accelerator Program, she is expanding her expertise in AI security operations, adversarial machine learning, and emerging regulatory frameworks for AI technologies. Sky aspires to develop and implement security solutions that protect critical public systems, with a focus on risk analysis and applying AI to address emerging cybersecurity threats.

She is a member of the NobleReach Scholars 2026 Cohort and serves as an AI/Cyber Fellow in Maryland’s Governor’s Office of Homeland Security.
