Serena Saunders is the Associate, Program Experience at NobleReach. She previously worked in programs at Running Start, where she managed a variety of programs helping young women achieve their dream of running for office.

She is a Maryland native and a proud double Terp, with a BA in Public Policy and an MPP from the University of Maryland, as well as a MSc in Human Resource Management from Trinity College Dublin.

She cares deeply about the voices and experiences of young people in the workplace. At NobleReach, she supports Scholars’ experience in the program.
