Rudra Singh earned a Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2026. He is a SOC analyst and budding cybersecurity expert with hands-on experience in threat detection, incident response, SIEM operations, task automation, and AI-assisted security tooling across the private sector and the federal government. Through internships with ByteDance/TikTok and the Administrative Office of the United States Courts, he has managed enterprise-scale security event queues, triaged threats both manually and through playbook automation, built cloud-based MCP integrations to accelerate analyst workflows, developed automated domain-takedown software, and authored a 120-page AI/Cybersecurity Policy Handbook. He holds a CompTIA Security+ certification and is studying for his CySA+, and he is passionate about the intersection of AI and security operations, aspiring to build and lead SOC teams that can leverage new technology to stay ahead of ever-evolving threats.

He is a member of the NobleReach Scholars 2026 Cohort and serves as a Tier 1 Security Operations Center Analyst at Maryland’s Department of Information Technology.
