Rajalaxmi (Sumi) Srikanth earned a dual MBA in Strategy & Entrepreneurship and Management & Organizations, along with an MA in Arts and Nonprofit Leadership, from Southern Methodist University. She applies market research, operational analysis, and process design to improve how organizations make strategic decisions and execute complex initiatives. Through roles at AEA Consulting, DHR Global, JPMorgan Chase, and General Datatech, she has redesigned strategic planning workflows, built research-driven talent pipelines, and helped implement and refine a data-driven reporting tool across offices that reduced manual effort by 75% while improving operational visibility. Her work spans consulting, technology, and social impact settings, and she aims to apply business process innovation to strengthen how public sector organizations design programs, deploy resources, and deliver services.

She is a member of the NobleReach Scholars 2026 Cohort, and serves as an Executive Fellow Scholar in Oklahoma City’s Department of Innovation.
