Noni Ford holds a Master of Science in Informatics from Indiana University, where she took coursework in UX Design, Virtual Heritage, and Information System frameworks. Originally from the Midwest and now residing on the East Coast, she is a data analyst with a background in consumer market research and film archival work. Before her current role with the City of Philadelphia, she worked on data visualization at the National Park Service.

She is a member of the NobleReach Scholars 2026 Cohort, and serves as an Associate, Data Analytics for the City of Philadelphia.
