Lysandra Weston joined NobleReach as a full-time Office Manager and Project Coordinator in May 2023. She coordinates a broad range of services and resources to ensure the organization operates efficiently and effectively. Known as the “go-to” person, Lysandra thrives on the challenges and rewards of managing daily office operations. She brings strong leadership and organizational skills, ensuring the seamless performance of the company’s staff and processes.

Before joining NobleReach, Lysandra served as a Facilities Coordinator for a popular food chain in Miami, FL, overseeing operations across more than 150 stores. She brings over 10 years of management and coordination experience to her role.

Lysandra earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Miami Dade College in 2013 and her master’s degree in human resources management from Columbia Southern University. A native of Puerto Rico, she now resides in Virginia with her family and enjoys exploring local parks and biking with them.
