Jennifer Chadwick

Jen is dedicated to translating innovative technologies into global commercial successes through the development of strategic partnerships with scientists, entrepreneurs, and investors.
Jen brings to NobleReach 30+ years of leadership experience working in life sciences, with an emphasis on biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. She leverages significant expertise gained from having held strategic, managerial, operational, and research positions in development of therapeutic products to help teams develop assets and structure startup businesses.
At present, Jen is the Founder and Principal of Jennifer Chadwick Consulting LLC, which provides executive and board level guidance to early/growth-stage companies and CDROs supporting therapeutics development. In addition to her role as National Innovation Fellow, Jen also serves as Chief Business Officer at Saros Therapeutics, Director in Residence at the Northwestern University Querrey InQbation Lab, and Executive Advisor to several startups and investment groups. Jen also maintains strong engagement in mentoring and career development of scientists and entrepreneurs. She supports student entrepreneurs at University of Chicago, Booth School of Business as Class Coach and Mentor to the New Venture Challenge program, serves as NIH SBIR Mentor and mentor to the 2024 Lab Central Golden Ticket Winner. Previously, she helped set growth strategy for BioAnalytix and build the company from startup to 4-site multinational organization through two mergers and a private equity acquisition to form ProtaGene. Jen served as Chief Scientific Officer of ProtaGene, and during her tenure, was recognized among the Top 50 Women Leaders of Massachusetts.
For 12 years, Jen was Professor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the University of Kansas. She is recognized for her scientific expertise in analytical development, formulation and stability of biologics, including ADCs, gene/cell therapy products, and novel formulations as well as structure characterization. Jen’s translational journey began when she founded a startup and raised $4.5M seed financing to develop ADCs bearing a novel platinum delivery technology invented in her research lab. She has authored >80 peer-reviewed publications and is inventor on 15+ patents.
Jen holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Purdue University and was a postdoctoral research fellow at the Markey Center for Structural Biology.
