Ellen serves as Senior Director of Operations, Innovation at NobleReach Foundation, where she leads operational strategy and execution to advance innovation programs and strengthen pathways between talent and public service.

She brings experience across consulting, federal health, and mission-driven organizations, including roles as a Principal at LMI, Chief of Staff within a municipal and higher education financial organization, and Operations Specialist at Deloitte. Her work focuses on translating strategy into execution across complex, matrixed environments spanning operations, talent, and organizational effectiveness.

Ellen is known for building systems, structures, and partnerships that enable organizations to scale impact. She is particularly passionate about connecting ecosystems across government, industry, and academia to drive innovation. She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan, an MPP from Georgetown University, and is a certified PMP, LUMA Human-Centered Design practitioner, and Prosci Change Management professional.
