Connor Sitton is the Vice President, Development & Capital Strategy at NobleReach. He is an entrepreneur, investor, and venture capital professional with experience building companies, investment platforms, and innovation ecosystems. Throughout his career, he has founded and scaled businesses to exit, invested in early-stage startups, and worked closely with universities, founders, investors, and innovation organizations to help emerging technologies move from research to commercialization.

Prior to joining NobleReach, he co-founded and helped build a venture investment firm that spans multiple funds and investment strategies, supporting founders across a range of industries and technologies. He continues to serve as a Partner and Investment Committee member and is also an active angel investor in early-stage startups.

In addition to his professional work, Connor serves as an adjunct instructor at the University of Tulsa, where he teaches venture capital and entrepreneurship. He holds a J.D. and MBA from the University of Tulsa and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas.
