Cobe Liu earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computational Physics and Command and Control at Macaulay Honors College at CUNY Brooklyn College, where his undergraduate thesis focused on specifying resilient defense infrastructure. He is a machine learning researcher and developer with hands-on experience building reinforcement learning systems and full-stack AI applications, including a first-place generative 3D tool for the 2025 NVIDIA x Vercel Hackathon. Through roles at Noblis and the Center for Strategic and International Studies, he has engineered defense simulations for threat neutralization and synthesized technical research on global technological competitiveness. He aspires to leverage his expertise in low-level machine learning development and geopolitical strategy to advance the deployment of safe and secure AI systems within the public sector.
