Chelsea Williams is the Program Manager of the Scholars Program at NobleReach Foundation, where she manages program coordination, development opportunities, and engagement to support Scholars throughout their fellowship experience.  

Before joining NobleReach, Chelsea worked in the realm of legal marketing at an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) firm, where she handled diverse responsibilities encompassing external affairs, event management, social media, content creation, and impactful communications. 

Prior to her experience in legal marketing, Chelsea worked at the Virginia Commonwealth University Office of Alumni Relations, where she played a role in facilitating events dedicated to fostering lasting connections among current and future VCU graduates.  

Chelsea holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and business from Virginia Commonwealth University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, maintaining an active lifestyle, and exploring new destinations.
