Arenthia Hammond holds a Master’s degree in Research Methods and Statistics, with a Business Analytics certificate, from the University of Denver. She is a business analyst skilled in data analytics, program evaluation, and process improvement. Through roles with the Department of Defense, the University of Denver’s Equity in STEM program, and small business consulting, she has built dashboards, designed evaluation tools, and implemented workflow improvements that strengthen organizational decision-making, drawing on a foundation as a former Title 1 educator and community volunteer to center equity in her work. She aspires to advance public sector innovation through data-informed policy and operational reform that expands opportunity for underserved communities.
She is a member of the NobleReach Scholars 2026 Cohort and serves as a Business Process Analyst at Maryland’s Department of Education.
