Anthony Coutts earned a double major in Data Science and Society, Technology & Policy from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in May 2026. He is a data analyst with experience evaluating a variety of programs and projects and communicating findings to stakeholders to drive actionable change. As an undergraduate researcher, he has developed expertise analyzing diverse datasets, tackling complex analytical tasks, and presenting insights through clear visualizations, and through an internship at the Massachusetts State House, he gained hands-on experience creating a dashboard to solve real-world problems. A student-athlete who served as captain of the men’s varsity soccer team, he is passionate about applying his analytical, leadership, and teamwork skills to address public challenges.

He is a member of the NobleReach Scholars 2026 Cohort and serves as a Data & Business Intelligence Analyst at the Maryland Insurance Administration.
