Akshay Gupta holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Stanford University.

He has held numerous roles across venture capital and startups in government technology including working at In-Q-Tel, NextEra Investments and BlackSea Technologies. He is specifically interested in the future of artificial intelligence and how it can be responsibly integrated into government and national security applications.

He is a member of the NobleReach Scholars 2025 Cohort in the Business Process Innovation domain.
