Akshaj Jois holds a Bachelor’s degree in IT Management and Business Management from Western Governors University. He is an AI engineer and full-stack developer with hands-on experience building developer-facing AI systems and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as OpenClaw, LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen. At Mach Exchange, he helped scale a trading platform from $200K to $10M in weekly volume while building automation pipelines, analytics infrastructure, and AI-driven tooling to support product growth and community expansion to 20K+ members. Previously, he founded Deathless, a longevity-tech community of 100K followers, where he developed automated content systems, organized health-tech meetups, and secured $40K in grant funding. He builds across the stack with Python, TypeScript, Next.js, and React Native while working with analytics platforms like PostHog, BigQuery, and Mixpanel, and is interested in applying AI systems engineering to impactful public-sector and mission-driven technology.

He is a member of the NobleReach Scholars 2026 Cohort, and serves as an IT Specialist, Data Management with the Office of Personnel Management’s Tech Force.
