NobleReach Foundation Welcomes World Bank Group Explorers into Scholars Programing

Eight World Bank Group Explorers to Join NobleReach Scholars Programing, Extending Its Reach to Latin America and the Caribbean

WASHINGTON, D.C. — July 13, 2026 — NobleReach Foundation announced today that eight World Bank Group Explorers will be joining the next NobleReach Scholars Cohort’s programming. They will be working for the World Bank Group on projects in Latin America and the Caribbean and contributing to program delivery and financial analysis. By participating in the NobleReach Scholars programming, the eight Explorers will take part in professional development programming and mentorship alongside the broader Scholars cohort.

It is a new step for the NobleReach Scholars Program, which places early-career Americans in government and mission-driven roles across the country and prepares them for a career of impact at the intersection of public service and technology. This partnership extends that work onto a global stage.

About the World Bank Group Explorers Program

The World Bank Group Explorers Program provides highly qualified recent bachelor’s graduates from developed countries to work on the ground in development projects gaining hands-on experience within the WBG. The program provides structured exposure to global development work and the institution’s mission to end extreme poverty and promote shared prosperity on a livable planet. Through hands-on assignments, mentorship, and exposure to WBG operations, the program builds the skills, experience, and global perspective Explorers need to contribute to complex development challenges and amplify the voice of development.

The NobleReach Scholars Program places early-career U.S. citizens into roles across government agencies and mission-driven organizations, providing structured exposure to public service. Beyond placement, NobleReach invests in the comprehensive development of its Scholars throughout their fellowship year. Scholars begin with an intensive in-person bootcamp in Washington, D.C., a deep dive into the intersection of innovation, policy, and public service that prepares them to contribute from day one. Throughout the year, Scholars engage in professional development modules and one-on-one mentorship with experienced leaders from government, industry, and academia.
