Bootcamp: Two weeks in D.C. of intensive training focused on government operations, innovation strategies, and practical problem-solving to give Scholars the foundational knowledge and tools needed to drive impact in their roles from the start.

Quarterly In-Person Modules: Scholars attend four in-person 3-day sessions throughout the year, featuring hands-on activities, workshops, and direct engagement with leaders.

Mentorship: Each Scholar is paired with a mentor from government or industry, facilitating ongoing knowledge transfer and professional development.
