William (Will) Tang earned a Masters in Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science with a History Concentration from Emory University. He has applied technology-driven solutions across various roles, including developing machine learning models at the Federal Housing Finance Agency, assisting with a CRM migration at Emory University, and conducting web scraping for economic research at the Center for Regional Economic Competitiveness. Through these roles, he has developed strong collaboration and problem-solving skills. Passionate about AI implementation, Will aspires to leverage data-driven research to inform public policy and advance sustainable development initiatives.
He is a member of the NobleReach Scholars 2025 Cohort in the Artificial Intelligence domain and serves as a Data Analyst for the City of Pittsburgh.
