Malyaka Khan is an IT Analyst at NobleReach Foundation, where she ensures secure, reliable technology infrastructure and provides day-to-day technical support across the organization. As a first point of contact for staff technology needs, she handles hardware and software troubleshooting, onboarding and account provisioning, and supports the use of enterprise applications and security tools.

She began at NobleReach as an Information Technology Intern and transitioned into a full-time role after earning a B.S. in Information Technology with a concentration in Cybersecurity from George Mason University. In her role, she has contributed to identity and access management, device deployment in secure environments, system documentation, and IT process improvements. Her experience includes developing automated onboarding workflows, supporting vulnerability remediation, assisting with compliance initiatives, and leveraging AI-driven tools to enhance IT service efficiency and reduce operational overhead.

Passionate about continuous learning, she enjoys applying analytical problem-solving with a user-centered approach to technology in support of mission-driven organizations. Outside of work, she loves reading, writing, and spending time with family.
