Grayson Lawrence

Grayson Lawrence holds a B.S. in Marketing-Management from Virginia Tech with a minor in Industrial Design, followed by an M.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Analytics, also from Virginia Tech. During her graduate studies, she served as a graduate assistant for both the Virginia Tech Marketing Department and the Center for Business Analytics, supporting marketing campaigns and department operations. For her Master’s Capstone, she worked with NobleReach, leading a team to design and build a scalable, automated tagging system to connect government researchers with entrepreneurs.

Upon graduation, Grayson joined the inaugural cohort of NobleReach Scholars, where she was embedded at the Internal Revenue Service supporting modernization initiatives and leading operational efforts within the Transformational Strategy and Taxpayer Services Offices. She thrives working with teams to tackle complex problems, build new processes, and contribute to work that serves the public good.

Outside of work, Grayson enjoys running, reading, spending quality time with friends, a good game night (Catan), and watching soccer.
