NobleReach Foundation Announces Board Leadership Changes

NobleReach Foundation today announced changes to its board leadership structure. The Honorable Lisa Disbrow, Chairman of the Board of CACI and previous Undersecretary of the US Air Force, who has served as Board Chair for the past three years, will transition from this role. We are deeply grateful for Lisa’s outstanding leadership and partnership in helping establish and launch NobleReach during our foundational years, and we’re thrilled that she will continue to serve as a valued board member.

Krishnan Rajagopalan, current board member and former CEO of Heidrick & Struggles, will now step into the role of Board Chair. Krishnan’s extensive experience in strategic talent transformation and organizational scaling makes him uniquely positioned to guide NobleReach through its continued growth.
