Pilar de Haro

Pilar de Haro holds a Master of Science in Big Data Analytics from San Diego State University. She is a data analyst with experience using Python, SQL, and Tableau to analyze complex datasets, build dashboards, and develop analytics pipelines that support data-driven decision-making. Through roles at PlanetArt, Sony Pictures Entertainment, and Tiny News Collective, she has led data analysis projects, automated reporting for compliance and privacy programs, and applied project management skills to coordinate technical work across teams. She is also a participant in the Women in CyberSecurity (WiCyS) Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program, where she is expanding her expertise in security, risk, and data governance, and she aims to advance responsible data practices at the intersection of analytics, security, and policy.

She is a member of the NobleReach Scholars 2026 Cohort and serves as an AI/Computer Science Scholar with the Bureau of Labor Law at Pennsylvania’s Department of Labor & Industry, through the Office of Fellowship Strategy and Impact.
