Eric previously served as a Senior Manager at the Partnership for Public Service, where he led recruitment initiatives for the Forest service and IRS before expanding the organization’s engagement with state and local governments. A Miami native, he attended Florida International University—the nation’ s largest Hispanic-serving four -year institution—where he later served as Associate Director, overseeing all Washington, D.C. student programs, including internship semesters and policy seminars. Eric will ensure the world class experience of all participants in the NobleReach Scholars program.
