Lauren Barry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Entrepreneurship with a Minor in Economics from Rollins College, where she honed skills in organizational strategy, systems thinking, data-driven decision-making, and social impact design. A student-athlete and leader in campus organizations, Lauren has gained hands-on experience through internships in community engagement, AI research, and financial services, while also optimizing nonprofit operations as a founding board member supporting global health equity initiatives. She further developed her expertise in financial modeling, risk assessment, and strategic investment through her work in Asset & Wealth Management and sustainable finance studies in Switzerland. Passionate about bridging data, innovation, and mission-driven work, Lauren is determined to design bold, scalable solutions that optimize efficiency, tackle systemic challenges head-on, and create lasting, meaningful change.
She is a member of the NobleReach Scholars 2025 Cohort in the Business Process Innovation domain and serves as a Growth Associate at the Miami-Dade Innovation Authority.
