Alisha Naidu

Alisha Naidu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Philosophy from Williams College. She has worked on trust and safety as a software engineering intern at Meta, built and interpreted a machine learning model to predict the distribution of unpaid labor, and explored questions at the intersection of computer science and philosophy in a paper on interpretable and black box machine learning models. She is passionate about empowering individuals and communities through education and has taught computer science to high school girls through Kode With Klossy and served as the President of the Underrepresented Identities in Computer Science organization at Williams College.
She is a member of the NobleReach Scholars 2025 Cohort in the Artificial Intelligence domain and serves as a Data Platform Architect at the Miami Dade Innovation Authority.
