Kate Picciano serves as NobleReach’s Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining NobleReach, Kate worked in both professional service and not-for-profit industries where she has built internship programs, onboarding systems, performance management processes, and organizational values and culture programs. Kate has a passion for people and enjoys recruiting, onboarding, and career development. Before starting her career in HR, Kate worked for the Center for Autism & Related Disorders and will always have a special place in her heart for children with disabilities.

Kate holds her master’s in human resource management from Marymount University, where she published two papers on inclusive strategic decision-making and organizational values. She is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional. In her spare time, Kate enjoys spending time with her husband, Alex and their twin daughters, Ava and Zoey. When she can escape the chaos of her home, she can be found reading thrillers, watching Bravo, or hiking.
